What this job covers
Each door shows tied or balance open. Four doors on the sample already tie. Two still show a balance, so both states are visible.
Residents are invited to pay only after the total matches. A person approves what a resident would see.
A manager can hold more than one association. The books stay apart.
On the sample desk

What you can check in the sample
Sample data only. No invented customers.
- Assessments
- Post to every door; each shows tied or balance open.
- Resident pay
- ACH and card land on the door after a person invites them. Checks record on the same books.
- Bank connect
- Connect the association's bank, match the feed to the books, and export a CPA pack from the same record.
Where the problem starts
Read the problem in plain words, then come back to the sample.

Open the sample association on this job. Look at it as the board, then as a resident.
We do not manage your association, keep its books as a service, or give legal or accounting advice. The board still decides.
