Your records. Your call.
Four commitments a board can check, written down before there are customers to quote. If we ever break one, this page is the evidence.

The four commitments
-
The association owns its records.
Officers change seats; the books stay with the association. A new treasurer opens the same books the old one closed. When a manager leaves, the records do not leave with them.
-
Export stays free.
Your doors, balances, documents, and vendor file export in the open, including after you cancel. Leaving should be boring. A tool you cannot leave is a tool you should not join.
-
A person approves anything a resident receives.
Notices, invites, reminders, and drafts wait for a named person. Software can prepare the work. It does not send unattended, answer residents with a robot, or fine anyone.
-
Every write leaves a line in the activity log.
Who changed what, when, before and after. The board can read its own history without asking us. That is an operational record, not a legal seal, and we will not dress it up as one.
What we will not claim
-
No SOC 2 claim.
We build as if an audit is coming: tenant isolation on every table, an audit trail on writes, access by role per association. Until a report exists, this page will not say certified, compliant, or bank-level. Those words are earned by an auditor, not a marketing page.
-
No legal or accounting conclusions.
The software keeps the record and shows the next step. What your documents or your state require stays your board's question, with your own advisors.
-
No customer stories we do not have.
We have no customers yet. The sample association has six doors, four tied and two still open, and it will keep saying so.
Plain answers
Who can see our association's data?
People your board gives a seat, by role, per association. A manager holding three associations sees three separate sets of books. A resident sees their own door and what the board makes readable.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Export stays free, including after you cancel. Read-only access and the archive window are spelled out on the start page: 180 days, then archive, export still free.
Do you sell or share association data?
No. Association records exist to run the association. There is no ad model and no data sale to hide in the price.
Is resident payment data stored here?
Residents pay through the payment processor. Card and bank credentials sit with that processor, not in a volunteer spreadsheet. The door ledger records that the payment posted.
Check the commitments against the sample.
The sample shows both states on purpose: four doors tied, two still open. Software that only demos the happy path is asking for trust it has not earned.
We do not manage your association, keep its books as a service, or give legal or accounting advice. The board still decides.
